Since 2003, we’ve been investing in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewable tenants across the U.S. and Europe. We are expanding rapidly and seeking entrepreneurial team members to grow with us.


Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (U.S. based)
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Lead Generation

What You’ll Do

  • Manage your personal pipeline of real estate investment leads
  • Set appointments between property owners and Account Managers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual call and scheduling targets
  • Track and monitor pipeline activity to ensure stability and growth
  • Provide feedback on origination processes, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to strategic initiatives and product development

What You Need

  • Prior experience in a call center sales environment
  • Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as IRR and NPV
  • Some exposure to the real estate closing process (preferred)
  • Industry experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables (a plus)
  • Some college or equivalent professional experience

Compensation
