What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Provide a warm and friendly first impression that reflects company values
- Use scripts and qualifying questions to determine eligibility and interest
- Collect and accurately document caller details in the CRM system
- Transfer qualified leads to licensed Medicare Sales Agents confidently
- Politely disengage with callers who don’t meet qualifications
- Follow all company procedures and CMS compliance guidelines
- Meet or exceed KPIs including call handling time and transfer rate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center, customer service, or telemarketing experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Clear, professional, and friendly phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts with precision and consistency
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Proficiency with computer applications and ability to learn new software
Preferred
- Experience in insurance or healthcare, particularly Medicare
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Remote call center experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
