What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans
  • Provide accurate information about ASH’s fitness products and programs
  • Log interactions, research member inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Inbound call center or healthcare experience is a plus
