What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans
- Provide accurate information about ASH’s fitness products and programs
- Log interactions, research member inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Inbound call center or healthcare experience is a plus
