Schedule

  • Seasonal, part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Fully remote (US-based only)
  • $15/hour starting pay (seasonal and temporary)
  • Full-time regular employees may earn up to $16/hour in the first year, plus bonus eligibility after 90 days, 6, 12, and 24 months

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans in a timely, professional manner
  • Provide accurate, friendly support for ASH Fitness Programs
  • Follow company policies and procedures to assist with member questions, payments, and documentation
  • Log call details and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Support internal teams and respond to interdepartmental requests
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to department goals
  • Maintain call quality, response time, and service standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Previous inbound call center or healthcare experience preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload/download speed) for video training and remote work
