Position Summary
The Senior Client Executive serves as a customer liaison in the industry for Softheon’s biggest clients. The Senior Client Executive is responsible for responding to client inquiries and articulating the status of their client’s current operations and as well as engaging in opportunities to up sell and start new business initiatives based on the technical development at the company.
Senior Client Executives should have a passion for understanding software solutions and how they can impact the company’s client’s current and future operations. In this client-facing position, the Senior Client Executive plays a key role in helping the continue to continue to expand external communication about the technical visions and market solutions the company is developing.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Establish and cultivate relationships with the company’s largest clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for various clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues
- Develop sales proposals and collaborate with various internal departments to help improve the quality of products.
- Assess and communicate client requests and issues to Product and Engineering departments.
- Introduce new products and execute product training and training seminars.
- Collaborate with internal departments and teams to identify and prioritize solutions and timelines for client issues and product enhancements.
- Travel may be required to clients as requested.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another field of study related to the industry.
- Three to Five years of complex account management.
- Accounts and Revenue in Excess of $100K/year or more.
- Prefer Azure DevOps Experience
- Healthcare or Tech Experience is Preferred
- Proficient in the use of computer and software spreadsheet programs, inclusive of MS Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and detail-oriented leader with an ability to manage time, projects, and sales efficiency in a fast-paced environment while managing simultaneous projects and clients.
- Ability to form strong relationships easily.
