What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls from members and providers about claims status, benefits, eligibility, and PPO participation
- Resolve basic and routine customer service issues via phone, internet, or written correspondence
- Meet or exceed department performance metrics in a production environment
- Apply Aetna Core Values while working collaboratively with the team
- Deliver a differentiated service experience through service discipline and strong follow-through
- Navigate service challenges and provide solutions to customer needs
- Work across boundaries with internal partners as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience working in a metric-based environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Comfort using search engines and navigating systems quickly
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
