Schedule
- Full-time, remote (based in Maryland Heights, MO)
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
- Occasional on-site visits may be required for training or team meetings
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, managing orders from entry to delivery and invoicing
- Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, production, logistics, and technical services—to ensure superior service
- Maintain accurate customer account records, order details, and special instructions
- Provide product knowledge support and communicate technical details to customers
- Participate in special projects or process improvement initiatives as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or order management
- Strong communication skills (phone and email) and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making
- Proficiency in order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite
