What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify renewal and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships by aligning solutions with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing engagement and advocacy
  • Conduct business reviews and action planning to ensure value realization
  • Drive opportunities through the sales cycle, from needs assessment to closing renewals and upsells
  • Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Act as a customer advocate internally and provide product feedback to drive improvements
  • Share product expertise and introduce new features to maximize client adoption

What You Need

  • 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, ideally in HR tech (Recruiting, HCM, LMS, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, secure renewals, and generate revenue growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship-building expertise
  • Deep understanding of HR, recruiting, and employee development challenges
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide conversations and uncover opportunities
  • Recognized success in exceeding targets and contributing to long-term client success
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor or coach others

  • Target total compensation: $110,000–$140,000 OTE (base + variable)
