In this role you will focus on the standardization and implementation of the company’s global best practices and processes.

A snapshot of this opportunity

  • You will organize the structure and oversee the operational department
  • With your managerial experience, you will implement directions, standards and measures that will ensure the expected client’s satisfaction, efficiencies and will be following the internal guidelines
  • You will work efficiently and effectively to maximize the performance of the team as well as the elaboration of forecast, budget planning, pricing policies etc
  • Review current processes, systems and polices, compare them with the global ones to identify and prioritize all local areas that need improvements and implementation of global company standards
  • Collaborate and maintain close relations with operational leaders in other countries to compare and apply best practices
  • Maintain and seek expansion of current knowledge of various industries (Travel Management, Travel Tech, Account Management, Contact Center Operations, Payment Solutions etc.)

How you can set yourself apart

  • Proficient English oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Amadeus
  • Experience in contact center/customer service delivery leadership role as well as the managerial and travel industry
  • Prior budget and cost management as well as general optimization experience
  • Extensive knowledge of contact center solutions, customer recovery solutions, travel tech and overall industry expertise in a high-volume corporate travel program
