The Sr. Analyst, Sales & Marketing FP&A is a key member of the Finance Department and has a highly visible role in supporting the Company’s planning and analysis efforts. The role entails supporting ongoing planning, forecasting and reporting efforts including headcount, product and business unit analysis. This role will report into the Senior Manager, FP&A. The candidate will support our stakeholders to ensure they have the data and insight they need to drive business success. The role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with rest of the FP&A, Sales, Accounting, HR and various business unit partners to ensure full transparency and alignment to overall strategy.

What you’ll do:
- You will lead call center expense budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communication with sales leadership
- You partner with sales, training, sales ops, recruiting, licensing to plan call center headcount down to weekly level
- You run NPV/ROI analyses on new business opportunities
- You utilize system platforms including Adaptive Insights, Workday, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Snowflake, and JIRA to create, plan and analyze business metrics
- You own key relationships across sales organization
Who you are:
You have Specialized Skills & Competencies
- You have a deep understanding of P&L stewardship, variance analysis, budgeting, etc.
- You have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Having experience with Adaptive Insights is helpful
- You have well-developed presentation/public speaking skills
- You have an emphasis on strong business partnering with ability to persuade and advise internal and external partners
- You are a collaborative teammate and partner
- You use evaluation, judgement, and interpretation to select the right course of action. Work completed independently with review at critical points
Certifications & Education
- You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in [Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field] – Required
- You have at least 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, private equity or investment banking
- Master’s Degree or MBA – Helpful but not required
