Senior Growth Marketer General Manager of Online Education

Role & Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Sr. Growth Marketer for our fast-growing online education business that includes our training programs in Functional Nutrition and Health Coaching as well as a vast portfolio of online classes that supports our community in their well-being journey. You will lead the online education and cross-functional teams in both – developing a robust and ambitious growth strategy for the business and executing with excellence of the day-to-day initiatives. You will report to the President of mindbodygreen.
- You will develop and execute the scaling strategy for online education programs.
- You will deeply understand users throughout the buyer’s journey and identify opportunities to market to optimize the outreach and maximize conversion
- You will develop messaging and drive growth initiatives working with cross-functional experts, through paid, content, CRM, affiliate, etc, developing creative briefs, driving UX testing and refinement.
- You will oversee customer services and sales practices, processes and messaging to ensure the highest level of the customer experience and most efficient lead conversion.
- You will work with Data to develop and leverage rigorous measurement strategies to assess the impact and opportunities of acquisition campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of growth, scaling online products (focus in online education is a plus).
- Results-driven, growth-oriented, obsessive about analyzing data, with deep experience in growing programs
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical executions, rolling up the sleeves and diving into day-to-day
- T-shaped growth marketing skill set: we’re looking for a marketing generalist that can pinch-hit in any given domain of marketing, while having a deep specialization in one of the demand generation online channels – paid or CRM are preferred.
- Proven track-record in driving digital marketing performance, including core paid channels and content marketing, and creating segmented high-performing email campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical, process driven with strong attention to detail. Deep level of comfort with marketing data is required
- Customer-obsessed with a desire to learn about who we serve
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience with Asana and Looker is a plus
