Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Technology & Process, to be responsible for the ownership and ongoing optimization of Procore’s GTM systems, including Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, internal CS tools, etc. You will be a key member in the GTM Technology & Process team, partnering with sales, marketing, CS, IT and other stakeholders to drive improvement, optimization of process, and net new capabilities. This position will report to our Senior Director, GTM Tech and Process, and can be based remotely. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately!
What you’ll do:
- Seller, Partner, and CS Experience: Working closely with Revenue teams, you will lead the ongoing optimization and simplification of GTM experience (Sellers, Marketers, Customer Success, PS) in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal tools
- Experience implementing PRM a plus
- Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes, optimize existing technologies and methodologies that enhance GTM experience and simplification
- Collaboration and Support: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and handle inbound feature intakes, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner
- Provide expert guidance and training to users, promoting effective use of Salesforce and other GTM capabilities to achieve business goals.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience strategies
- You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches. Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 8+ years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud and related platforms, with a proven track record in business process optimization
- A minimum of 5+ yrs experience working as an enterprise product manager or similar role in an enterprise company
- End-to-end experience implementing PRM
- You have a deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process (Campaigns, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote) and supporting technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects from concept to delivery.
- Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop scope requirements and defend systems capabilities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to interpret & translate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
