Your role at Hostinger

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will be working with result oriented and top-notch skilled engineering managers, developers, quality assurance specialists, and designers, who desire to make Hostinger’s product the best in the market. As a core member of the team, you’ll play a key role at every stage of the product life cycle at Hostinger. You’ll take ownership of the development of new products and services that will create an impact not only for Hostinger but also for users all around the world!

Your day-to-day

  • Make decisions within the product that lead to success.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs and customer impact.
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of the roadmap by providing constant updates on the progress.
  • Act as the customer advocate by articulating the user’s needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Keep track of industry trends.

Your skills and experience

  • Have a strong track record of driving business growth through product innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Have great product instincts. You just know what makes a great product.
  • Have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals.
  • Have proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (is a plus).
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
