About the Role
We are hiring a Service Advocate to support members in making the most of their preventative health benefits. You’ll serve as both a direct point of support for members and a resource for frontline Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This includes answering escalated member questions, coaching CSRs during live calls, and resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with members about their preventative benefits and healthy rewards program
- Support CSRs in real time by answering workflow and service questions during active calls
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for escalated member issues, ensuring concerns are de-escalated and resolved
- Provide accurate, timely information using integrated service tools
- Mentor and train team members to improve performance and customer care
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Medicare background (required)
- Excellent communication, empathy, and listening skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate others
- Experience leading escalated calls and promoting positive change
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
- Intermediate Windows-based application skills
- Experience with escalated member service issues
- Familiarity with medical terminology and Medicare processes
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Pay range: $17.00 – $34.15 per hour (plus potential incentives/bonuses)
- Actual compensation depends on experience, location, and other factors
