Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (Primary location: El Paso, TX)
  • Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 8:30 PM MST (8.5-hour daily shift)
  • Laptop provided
  • Interview process: Telephonic/Video interview

What You’ll Do

  • Receive inbound calls from prescribers and members
  • Create prescription cases and manage coverage, determinations, and appeals
  • Use multiple software systems to research and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate resolutions directly and via professional correspondence
  • Maintain compliance with government-mandated timelines and quality standards
  • Apply soft skills to guide calls while meeting productivity and turnaround goals
  • Stay up to date on changing client guidance

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Prior call center experience with multi-screen setup
  • Proficiency in multiple computer applications, dual-monitor navigation, and typing 30+ WPM
  • Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet
  • Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability to change

Preferred

  • 1+ years call center and healthcare industry background
  • Six months of PBM/pharmaceutical-related experience
  • 2+ years of business experience including problem resolution and quality improvement
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and flexibility
