(Multiple counties and virtual hubs across 23 total U.S. locations)
Responsibilities
- Manage calls and inquiries for Member Services, Medicare, and Billing
- Resolve complex issues for members, providers, and patients
- Deliver clear, empathetic support while documenting all communication
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate info
- Meet Contact Center KPIs: call handling, first-call resolution, retention
- Maintain compliance with all HIPAA, privacy, and data policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service, healthcare support, or insurance experience
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Prior call center and/or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking and multitasking under pressure
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Comfortable using digital tools and client systems
