What You’ll Do
- Handle member inquiries in areas like Member Services, Medicare, and Billing
- Document interactions and resolve issues for members and providers
- Uphold customer service quality standards and compliance requirements
- Engage proactively with health plan, medical group, and facility staff to resolve concerns
- Monitor and achieve KPIs including call handling, first call resolution, and member retention
- Apply problem-solving skills to provide accurate, timely resolutions
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience
- Call center or health insurance experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with ≤5% error rate
