Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • 24/7 Service Desk coverage (flexible scheduling)
  • Collaborative team environment with global clients

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound IT requests
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues
  • Escalate incidents to the correct support teams (L1–L3)
  • Document, report, and maintain data accuracy
  • Monitor inbound alerts and escalate when needed
  • Manage your own schedule to ensure coverage in a 24/7 environment

What You Need

  • Degree or certification in Computing, Electronics, or related IT field
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to grow within IT and take on new challenges

Bonus Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Familiarity with SAP, Linux, databases, or networking
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL practices
  • Additional language fluency
