Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- 24/7 Service Desk coverage (flexible scheduling)
- Collaborative team environment with global clients
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound IT requests
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues
- Escalate incidents to the correct support teams (L1–L3)
- Document, report, and maintain data accuracy
- Monitor inbound alerts and escalate when needed
- Manage your own schedule to ensure coverage in a 24/7 environment
What You Need
- Degree or certification in Computing, Electronics, or related IT field
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to grow within IT and take on new challenges
Bonus Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Familiarity with SAP, Linux, databases, or networking
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL practices
- Additional language fluency
