Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Texas residents only)
- Multiple evening and weekend shifts available
- 8-week paid virtual training, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm CT
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and digital chats
- Guide members through account questions and renewals
- Match customer needs to membership options and upgrades
- Build lasting customer relationships through empathy and clarity
- Meet sales, service, and retention goals
- Stay aligned with company mission and values
What You Need
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage emotional conversations and build trust
- Comfort working remote and collaborating with a virtual team
- Must obtain and maintain Property & Casualty Producer License (company-paid training provided)
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
