What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries about auto and property insurance policies
- Troubleshoot issues via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with state and company regulations
- Support billing, policy changes, and account questions
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service, business, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain insurance producer licenses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
