About the Role
As a Settlement Coordinator, you’ll take charge of negotiating settlements for a portfolio of clients, coordinating payment plans, and building strong relationships with creditors and debt agencies. This role is ideal for someone analytical, persistent, and ready to make a difference—all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze large Excel data sets to identify optimal accounts for settlement
  • Negotiate settlements with creditors, debt buyers, and collection agencies
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with creditor contacts
  • Organize contact results and account histories for internal use
  • Follow up on all accounts being negotiated to ensure progress
  • Calculate settlement payment options based on client budgets
  • Communicate via phone, email, and fax to resolve account issues

What You Need

  • High school diploma required; BA preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in negotiations, customer service, or call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Ability to sort, filter, and analyze large datasets
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems, manage time, and follow processes
  • Knowledge of Debt Pay Pro is a plus
