  • Full time, remote role within the continental United States
  • Hiring in: New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Seattle (and remote across the U.S., if located in the continental U.S.)
  • Standard startup environment with fast paced product cycles and high ownership
  • Compensation: approximately 130,000 to 150,000 dollars base salary plus 0.03 percent to 0.08 percent equity

What You’ll Do

⦁ Architect and build features across the full stack to support massive scale and complex onboarding flows for banks and financial institutions

⦁ Design and enhance systems that integrate cleanly with legacy bank infrastructure, core banking systems, and third party compliance providers

⦁ Solve hard technical problems around multi tenant architecture, real time data processing, and bank grade reliability and performance

⦁ Work directly with major banks to understand their onboarding requirements and turn complex business logic into clear, elegant technical solutions

⦁ Own performance, scalability, and reliability for systems that process millions of applications across hundreds of banking products

⦁ Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to define roadmaps and make key technical decisions as the platform scales

What You Need

⦁ Experience with modern web technologies, ideally React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

⦁ Strong system design skills and experience with scalable architectures

⦁ Ability to break down complex banking or business requirements and design simple, robust solutions

⦁ Product minded mindset that balances technical excellence with shipping features that move the business

⦁ Interest in user experience for both consumers opening accounts and bank employees processing applications

⦁ Comfort working directly with customers, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly

⦁ Desire to own meaningful parts of the product and help shape technical direction as the company grows

⦁ Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
