What You’ll Do
- Assist both Spanish- and English-speaking customers with inquiries related to Member Services, Medicare, and Billing
- Respond to and document calls and complex issues across various healthcare product lines
- Communicate with internal health plan, medical group, and facility personnel to resolve inquiries
- Document all interactions and contribute to a positive and compliant member experience
What You Need
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience
- Call center and/or health insurance experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and typing skills (30+ WPM, ≤5% error rate)
