What You’ll Do

  • Assist both Spanish- and English-speaking customers with inquiries related to Member Services, Medicare, and Billing
  • Respond to and document calls and complex issues across various healthcare product lines
  • Communicate with internal health plan, medical group, and facility personnel to resolve inquiries
  • Document all interactions and contribute to a positive and compliant member experience

What You Need

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience
  • Call center and/or health insurance experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and typing skills (30+ WPM, ≤5% error rate)
