Schedule
- Full-time, remote position in the US.
- Training begins October 6, 2025.
- Second shift schedules available.
- Pay: $17.87/hr + bonus, plus $1.00/hr bilingual differential.
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound and outbound calls to support credit union members.
- Resolve financial inquiries and account issues with professionalism.
- Build rapport with members through empathy and clear communication.
- Use multiple applications to manage different products and services.
- Identify issues that need escalation and share feedback with leadership.
- Mentor peers and maintain performance standards across key metrics.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of call center experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- PC/Windows proficiency, with basic Word and Excel knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and de-escalation skills.
- A secure, distraction-free home office with reliable wired internet (100 Mbps download, 30 Mbps upload minimum).
