Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:40 AM–5:10 PM PST (Pacific hours required)
  • Fully remote (must provide own equipment: 2 monitors, ethernet cable)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 70+ inbound calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and accuracy
  • Process payments, respond to emails, and update accounts in real time
  • Meet key performance goals, including call answer rate, average call time, and daily availability metrics
  • Use Genesys software to collaborate with team members and maintain detailed call records

What You Need

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Minimum 2 years of inbound call center experience with proven success
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
  • Tech-savvy with experience using call center platforms and adaptable to new tools
  • Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
