Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 8:40 AM–5:10 PM PST (Pacific hours required)
- Fully remote (must provide own equipment: 2 monitors, ethernet cable)
What You’ll Do
- Handle 70+ inbound calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and accuracy
- Process payments, respond to emails, and update accounts in real time
- Meet key performance goals, including call answer rate, average call time, and daily availability metrics
- Use Genesys software to collaborate with team members and maintain detailed call records
What You Need
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Minimum 2 years of inbound call center experience with proven success
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
- Tech-savvy with experience using call center platforms and adaptable to new tools
- Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
