Must be available for a full-time shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm CT.

What You’ll Do

  • Support inbound callers with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, and Exchange questions and requests
  • Assist members with enrollment for HSA/COBRA/Retiree/Exchange programs
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism, energy, and a positive tone
  • Provide accurate, thorough answers and document call details in the system
  • Process transactions compliantly, timely, and accurately
  • Take ownership of cases end-to-end, from intake through resolution
  • Diagnose and help resolve technology-related issues impacting the member experience
  • Jump in to support teammates by learning the business, client needs, and internal processes
  • Work under general supervision while following established procedures

What You Need

  • 3+ years of Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange experience (required, non-negotiable)
  • Strong customer-first mindset and excellent phone presence
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to identify and own technology issues through resolution
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Team-player mentality with a quality and excellence focus
  • 5+ years of HSA/COBRA/Retiree/Exchange experience (ideal)

Benefits

  • Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment)
  • If benefit eligible: comprehensive benefits package offered (varies by eligibility)

This role has one “gotcha” you cannot finesse: if you don’t have real HSA/COBRA (or Retiree/Exchange) experience, they will bounce the application fast. If you DO have it, this is a very winnable lane.
