What You’ll Do
- Support inbound callers with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange inquiries
- Assist with enrollment, troubleshoot issues, and document call details accurately
- Deliver timely, compliant transactions with accountability from start to finish
- Provide exceptional phone support with energy, professionalism, and empathy
- Step in to help teammates by understanding both client and company processes
What You Need
- 3+ years of direct experience with Health Spending Accounts, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange (required)
- 5+ years preferred in these areas
- Strong customer-first mindset and exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology in a SaaS environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technology issues quickly
- Professional phone etiquette and a team-oriented approach
