Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (USA-based, North American time zones)
  • Work week: Sunday through Thursday
  • Support delivered via email, live chat, and occasional Zoom calls

Compensation

  • $81,787 – $102,521 annual gross salary (based on experience)
  • Equity participation with RSUs
  • Additional incentives available

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert frontline support, resolving complex cases with empathy and technical precision
  • Handle customer inquiries across chat, email, and calls throughout the user journey
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead strategic projects to improve support operations, such as enhancing documentation, training AI solutions, and creating educational materials
  • Mentor and train team members; contribute to onboarding and ongoing product knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with product managers and internal teams as a product expert and advocate for customer feedback
  • Drive initiatives that improve workflows, processes, and overall customer experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS
  • Demonstrated excellence in frontline customer support and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience balancing support responsibilities with strategic project ownership
  • Skilled in mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Bonus: Experience as an Airbnb host or in the short-term rental industry
