Role

  • Provide exceptional service to Fast Store buyers when they are in need of assistance
  • Respond to buyers’ reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms in a polite, friendly tone
  • Delight our Fast Store buyers at every interaction with them to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Work directly with the General Manager to ensure the Fast Store is fully stocked and operational at all times
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams to ship branded merchandise to events around the world

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional support with positivity, empathy, and understanding for an e-commerce company
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively respond to buyers’ messages in a clear and concise manner
  • Have a technical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Keep customers top-of-mind and their happiness as your primary motivation
  • Be proactive, inventive and a natural problem-solver
  • Ask thoughtful questions and take action to come up with a solution
  • Be passionate about your own growth, and help your teammates grow with you
  • Experience providing customer support across all channels, including email, voice, chat, and social media
  • Proficiency in multi-channel support tools like Zendesk
  • Experience working in a global support or service organization, supporting one or more regions
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays based on business needs, such as promotions

Plus

  • Experience using seller functionality within e-commerce platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify
  • Knowledge of how direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses operate including order fulfillment through third-party carriers
  • Experience working at a startup, particularly with an e-commerce focus
