• Fully remote (US)
• Full time
• Monday–Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Reports to the OIC Collections Manager
• Note: the application asks “Can you commute to Bothell?” so confirm whether they require proximity to Bothell, WA despite “remote” labeling

What You’ll Do
• Collect from insurance carriers for vehicle accident claims via phone and email
• Make 75+ outbound calls per day
• Use industry tools like E-Subro Hub, Arbitration Forum, SAFER Web, CUBS, and NextGen
• Negotiate to recover the highest balances and maximize fees for clients
• Hit target metrics, including a minimum monthly fee goal ($60,000/month)
• Keep clean account notes and documentation for fast internal coordination
• Coordinate with teammates on shared accounts and next steps
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently

What You Need
• 4+ years of collections and/or subrogation experience
• Ability to meet OIC subrogation target metrics and work in a quota-driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence leading tough conversations
• High professionalism, attention to detail, and strong time management
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Motivated, positive, and consistent (this job rewards steady output)
