• Must sit in Eastern or Central time zones
• Must live 90+ miles from any NSB location
• Not hiring in: NY, TX, PA, DC, MA, CT, ME, VT, CO, MT, CA, OR, MD
• Video collaboration with the team throughout the day

What You’ll Do
• Make 75+ outbound calls per day and communicate confidently with people of all backgrounds
• Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for clients
• Use software tools to manage accounts and document clear notes
• Communicate with insurance companies as needed and coordinate with teammates on accounts
• Track your metrics and meet collector performance targets
• Follow company policies and procedures and stay consistent on documentation and compliance
• Complete onboarding training focused on subrogation industry basics and job expectations

What You Need
• 4+ years of collections experience
• Ability to meet performance metrics in a commission-driven environment
• High professionalism and strong communication skills
• Strong empathy and emotional control during tough conversations
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Solid computer and typing skills
• A secure home office setup that meets their technical requirements
• Subrogation experience is asked on the application (highlight it clearly if you have it)

Home Office Requirements
• Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Minimum speeds: 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, latency 100 ms or below
• T-Mobile Home 5G internet not supported
• Private, quiet workspace where others can’t hear calls
• Clear, professional backdrop
