Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must live in Eastern or Central time zones)
- Monday–Friday schedule, no nights/weekends
- Must live 90+ miles from an NSB office
- Not hiring in NY, TX, PA, DC, MA, CT, ME, VT, CO, MT, CA, OR, MD
What You’ll Do
- Make 75+ outbound calls per day to negotiate and recover balances
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies by phone and software
- Document account activity accurately and follow company policies
- Collaborate with teammates to coordinate recovery strategies
- Deliver empathetic, professional service to a variety of customers
What You Need
- 4+ years of collections experience
- Ability to meet collector target metrics
- Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and typing
- Reliable wired internet (100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and a quiet, private home office
- Comfort with video collaboration tools
