Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (US-based)
- Pacific Standard Time hours preferred
- Core working hours: 12 PM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Reports directly to the Success Manager
- Hourly pay: $19.25/hour (non-exempt)
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume student referrals to ensure timely service delivery
- Process, complete, or adjust student services and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with Customer and Clinical Success teams for onboarding and support
- Verify caseload details and align them with contractual agreements
- Organize and maintain handbooks and district-specific resources
- Manage data and metrics, monitoring referral sheets, billing, and provider utilization
- Support documentation and escalate referrals requiring oversight
What You Need
- 1–2 years in a professional administrative role (education or healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Excel, and CRMs
- Data management proficiency and ability to monitor key metrics
- Problem-solving skills and escalation awareness
- Associate’s degree preferred (experience considered in place of education)
