Pay range: $35,000 to $40,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Process existing customer toll and violations data as needed
- Research and troubleshoot issues, sometimes partnering with toll agencies and internal cross functional teams
- Use Salesforce CRM for internal and customer communications
- Support new account setup activities
- Update existing SOPs and collaborate on creating SOPs for new or evolving processes
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies, then communicate ideas and recommendations
What You Need
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks while staying accurate
- Interest in iterative process improvement and operational innovation
- Commitment to outcomes and follow through
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback and learning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate Fleetworthy core values and competencies
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful (role uses Salesforce regularly)
