Job Description
JDA TSG‘s Tax Services Group is hiring Credentialed Tax Preparers for the upcoming tax season. If you are looking for Seasonal work beginning in January, are an Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN, we would love to speak with you about joining our team. We offer flexible hours, 100% remote work in the U.S. starting at $31 per hour, plus incentives and bonuses!
We want you to leverage your knowledge, experience, and expertise to ensure a fantastic customer experience. You will provide tax support and advice via video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on their returns. You will not be preparing or filing returns, although an active PTIN is required. We need folks who can work the entire season from mid-January through April 15, 2024.

Who You Are:
- You are friendly and reassuring, passionate about customer service and problem resolution, and comfortable interacting over video and chat. (Dedicated hardwired Ethernet connection required.)
- You are an Enrolled Agent, CPA or Practicing Attorney with an active PTIN#
- You are the go-to for all things tax: you have at least 3 seasons filing 30 or more individual and small business tax returns, using tax prep software in a tax practice/retail setting.
- You avoid tax jargon and answer customers’ tax preparation questions using language they understand.
