What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of healthcare service reps
- Monitor staffing, assign tasks, and ensure productivity goals are met
- Review performance metrics and assist with evaluations and attendance tracking
- Train team members on systems, workflows, and new process updates
- Coach staff to deliver outstanding patient-focused support
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare call-center environment
- 1+ year in a team lead or supervisor role (healthcare call center)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience supporting hospital billing workflows
