- Full-time
- 100% Remote
- Shift availability between 8 AM – 8 PM EST (may include weekends)
- On-call rotation may be required for after-hours support
What You’ll Do
- Manage patient orders, from insurance verification to documentation coordination
- Communicate with patients, providers, vendors, and payors across channels (phone, email, chat)
- Ensure smooth equipment delivery, resupplies, pickups, and returns
- Meet customer service performance goals—accuracy, satisfaction, call quality, and more
- Participate in audits, cross-functional projects, and tech-driven process improvements
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience, preferably with DME or PAP devices
- Strong communication and multitasking skills across digital platforms
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Analytical mindset and detail orientation for auditing and compliance tasks
- Deep empathy and commitment to delivering compassionate, solution-focused support
