- Participation in on-call rotation may be required
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process patient orders, including demographics, prescriber info, insurance verification, and documentation
- Respond to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with urgency and clarity
- Collaborate with prescribers, vendors, payors, and team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance by collecting and auditing medical documentation in line with HIPAA and insurance requirements
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences by meeting KPIs such as call quality, satisfaction, and resolution rates
- Handle escalated requests and complex inquiries with strong problem-solving skills
- Coordinate equipment delivery, resupplies, pickups, and returns with vendors
- Support process improvements, contribute to cross-functional projects, and adopt new technologies
- Provide after-hours support during on-call rotation as needed
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or DME, especially with PAP devices or adherence
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn job-specific systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with high attention to detail
- Commitment to compassionate, solution-oriented customer support
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
