Job Description:
In this role, you will resolve issues and requests for customers of one of our customers, a leading company changing the way people buy, sell, own and use cars, SUVs and trucks. Specifically, you will take phone calls and respond to emails and service tickets with the goal of resolving issues on first contact. Duties include:
- Providing the first level of support, responding to a high volume of calls and e-mails from customers.
- Assisting customers with a variety of questions, requests, and issues; effectively researching, documenting, tracking/monitoring customers requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Effectively communicating technical concepts, while taking into consideration the varying degrees of customers technical experience.
- Accurately inputting documents and recording customer issues using Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (in person, in writing and on the phone) and listening skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of basic problem resolution/escalation processes.
- The ability to learn new software products and how to troubleshoot these products and services
- Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
- A technical degree and experience with Salesforce are pluses.
