Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must be based in the Indianapolis, IN area
Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems to develop and generate codes tailored to customer needs
- Complete and maintain all files, reports, and documentation related to Masterkey transactions
- Train employees and customers in Masterkey policies and code management
- Provide Tier 1 support for business users of Masterkey code-generating applications
- Complete and audit worksheets for use by the Combinators team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in the security hardware industry
- Familiarity with code generation policies and procedures
