What You Will Do:
- Communicating with customers via calls and emails
- Researching bugs
- Documenting errors
- Monitoring systems and alerts
- Contributing to incident management
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2)
- Experience in customer support, preferably in technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking
Will be a great plus:
- BA in Computer Science
