At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Schedule: Late shift 5pm – 1.30am EET – includes some weekend working

What you’ll get to do…

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Support Guide to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for
providing high-quality technical support and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be to help customers
and colleagues overcome technical challenges, optimize their use of our products, and ensure they have a positive experience with our
platforms

  • Provide world-class customer experience to the Global customer base of the GoDaddy Aftermarket
  • Serve as the liaison for all GoDaddy call center employees in regards to any Aftermarket related question/issue
  • You will need to respond quickly and efficiently to critical issues and open tickets. We field questions from customers/employees through live chat, email and phone. Primary via phone.
  • You will become the go to expert for Aftermarket products (Auctions, Expiry, Premium Domains and Afternic.)
  • You will be a positive teammate; bring outstanding thinking, strategies and ideas
  • Raise any special situations to management team
  • Engage with buyers to make the Aftermarket buying experience easier. Engage with sellers to remove any friction in the Aftermarket listing experience
  • Go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise, taking ownership  through any of our communication channels – emails, phone calls, chats & daily tasks

Your experience should include…

  • Fluency in English is a requirement (Written & spoken)
  • You should show a proven track record of providing elite customer service showing the desire to go above and beyond
  • Talented communicator (written and verbal) with specific skill in quickly building rapport, building relationships and actively listen to our customer needs
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high performance

You might have

  • Knowledge of domains and DNS 
  • Previous knowledge of GoDaddy products
