Schedule
- Remote, full-time
- Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Training: First 6 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot IT issues, document cases, and escalate complex problems.
- Educate customers on products, processes, and standard procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to connect customers to solutions.
- Help maintain and grow the company’s knowledge base.
- Proactively communicate with customers to keep them updated.
- Contribute to customer happiness, growth, and long-term retention.
What You Need
- 2–3 years of IT Technical Support experience.
- Proficiency with IT systems, ticketing platforms, and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic).
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
- Self-motivated learner, adaptable, and committed to customer success.
Nice to Have
- Experience with RMM tools.
- Scripting knowledge.
- QuickBooks experience.
