Schedule

  • Remote, full-time
  • Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
  • Training: First 6 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues, document cases, and escalate complex problems.
  • Educate customers on products, processes, and standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales and development teams to connect customers to solutions.
  • Help maintain and grow the company’s knowledge base.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to keep them updated.
  • Contribute to customer happiness, growth, and long-term retention.

What You Need

  • 2–3 years of IT Technical Support experience.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, ticketing platforms, and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic).
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated learner, adaptable, and committed to customer success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RMM tools.
  • Scripting knowledge.
  • QuickBooks experience.
