Job Overview
- Position: Technical Support Call Center Representative
- Location: Remote work from home/ Anywhere in Utah or Idaho
- Pay Rate: $18.66/Hour
- Schedule: 8 hours a day – 5 days a week – Between 1 PM and 11:30 PM CT (Mon Sun) MT
- Temp to perm based on performance and business needs
Responsibilities
- This role will be a call center role taking inbound calls.
- Prompt technical responses to questions from retail stores and pharmacy employees regarding troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems for their software and hardware issues.
- Perform escalation and follow-up processes to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
- Related online diagnostics are used for troubleshooting; incidents are tracked in a case tracking system. The primary role of this position is to take live trouble-shooting calls daily 100% of the time
