What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with basic tech issues across software and products
- Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, friendly solutions
- Follow tickets through to resolution and follow up as needed
- Document interactions in CRM software
- Escalate complex cases to senior tech support when required
- Meet performance benchmarks and service quality goals
- Stay sharp through training and continuous learning modules
- Collaborate across teams to support customer needs
What You Need
- Previous technical support experience or similar role
- Comfort with computers, software tools, and web-based systems
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to explain technical details in simple, helpful language
- Calm, patient, professional customer approach
Bonus Skills
- Call center or SaaS experience
- Experience with CRM systems
