Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. based)
- Standard hours: 9am–6pm PST
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for complex customer inquiries via email, chat, and Zoom
- Resolve technical issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain support processes and workflows to streamline resolution
- Identify and reproduce technical issues for detailed bug reporting
- Build and maintain a knowledge base and self-help resources for internal and external use
- Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D teams to address product feedback
- Act as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting needs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of customer support experience, with at least 2 years in technical support
- Proven track record of exceptional customer support and problem-solving
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be able to support 9am–6pm PST hours
Nice to Have
- Passion for behavioral health or healthcare
- Experience in Customer Success
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $60,000–$80,000 annually (based on skills, location, and experience)
