Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S. based)
  • Standard hours: 9am–6pm PST

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for complex customer inquiries via email, chat, and Zoom
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain support processes and workflows to streamline resolution
  • Identify and reproduce technical issues for detailed bug reporting
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base and self-help resources for internal and external use
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D teams to address product feedback
  • Act as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting needs

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of customer support experience, with at least 2 years in technical support
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer support and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must be able to support 9am–6pm PST hours

Nice to Have

  • Passion for behavioral health or healthcare
  • Experience in Customer Success

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay: $60,000–$80,000 annually (based on skills, location, and experience)
