Tasks
We are looking for telephone sales colleagues with a financial authority exam or a higher degree in economics.
After a training period, you will be equipped with all the necessary knowledge to sell to an existing customer base Hungary one of the market-leading banks.
In your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:
- Make outgoing phone calls: Find new or existing customers about a financial product.
- Complete needs assessment for existing and potential customers.
- Description of new services and products.
- To answer questions about financial products, services or processes and any problems that may arise.
- Participation in the trainings required for the project, in order to keep your knowledge constantly up-to-date.
- To perform administrative activities related to your work in the system we use.
Expectations
What makes you an ideal candidate is when:
- You have a financial authority exam or a higher degree in economics or an equivalent degree in finance.
- You communicate convincingly and, if necessary, you can handle objections.
- You have user-level computer skills.
- You do your job conscientiously and precisely.
- You have just a few months of customer service or sales experience, but don’t worry if you don’t. We will teach you everything!
