Position Overview: As a Ticketing Agent, you will be working with a variety of clients across our business travel clients who require the provision of timely and accurate ticketing, supporting processes where robotic tools are not available or fail in their operation. You will be expected to cover all aspects of ticketing, including issuing, refunds and exchanges across air services.
Responsibilities:
- Fast and accurate processing of ticket processing, be it new issues, refunds or manual exchanges, including all calculations
- Troubleshooting and problems solving as errors arise, following process through to issuance
- Investigation and resolution of Agency Debit Memos and booking queries following up with airlines where necessary
Competencies: eye to detail, analytical, problem solving
Experience and Qualification: Amadeus GDS, 2 years travel industry experience, strong air fare knowledge.
