Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (U.S. only)
  • $19/hour starting pay
  • 24/7/365 support team with shifts across days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to start November 3, 2025
  • First 60 days: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (EST) for onboarding/training

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and online portal
  • Support end-users (physicians, nurses, administrators) with account setup, training, and troubleshooting
  • Manage on-call schedules and resolve mobile/web connectivity issues
  • Perform root-cause analysis on message delivery/content issues and apply fixes
  • Build and revise user accounts following best practices
  • Collaborate with customer success, integration, and technical teams for escalations
  • Provide customer education to ensure best use of PerfectServe applications

What You Need

  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • High empathy and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
  • Must reside in the U.S.
