Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote
  • Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Shift-based scheduling with rotating shifts/days off
  • Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and emergency shifts as needed
  • Pay: $22.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Handle Tier 2 escalations and resolve complex customer issues across billing and technical support
  • Support customers via phone and online channels, including email and social media
  • Strive for one-call resolution using tools and internal resources effectively
  • Stay current on product updates, policy changes, and technical issues through ongoing training
  • Engage with social media platforms as part of customer support and resolution workflows
  • Use sound judgment and consistent follow-through to deliver high-quality customer care

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to speak, read, and write professionally
  • Experience handling escalations from Tier 1 agents
  • Strong phone skills and customer service presence
  • Experience with social media platforms, including engagement and post management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
